Some of our products are made to order in our Hamburg studio after your purchase. Please therefore note the delivery times indicated on the respective product pages, as these may vary depending on order volume.
For shipments outside Germany, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to 5 days depending on the destination country. Please see the table below for details.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time of the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is currently available only to the countries listed below.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DHL or Deutsche Post AG.
You can find the applicable shipping costs in the table below or during checkout after entering the destination country.
For products in Shipping Class 1 (accessories, cushion covers, napkins and tea towels) we charge the following flat shipping costs per order:

For products in Shipping Class 2 (clothing, cushions) we charge the following flat shipping costs per order:

If the gross merchandise value exceeds €150, we ship free of charge within Germany.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases that we are not responsible for and that must be borne by the purchaser. These include, for example, fees charged by banks for money transfers (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs). Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Digital products (e.g. knitting patterns in PDF format) are not shipped physically but are provided as a digital download after purchase.
The download link is available immediately after checkout and will also be sent by email.
Digital products are available worldwide, excluding the United Kingdom (UK).
