Shipping policy
Delivery Times
Some of our products are made to order in our Hamburg studio. Please check the delivery times stated on the individual product pages, as these may vary depending on our current order volume.
For deliveries outside Germany, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to 2 days depending on the destination country. Please refer to the table below for details.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship your order together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is currently available to the countries listed below.
Physical products are currently shipped to Germany and Switzerland only.
Customers from other EU countries can still place orders with MARGOT & ME, provided that the delivery address is within our shipping area.

Depending on the size of your order, we ship with DHL or Deutsche Post AG.
You can find the applicable shipping costs in the tables below or at checkout after entering the destination country.
For products in Shipping Class 1 (accessories, cushion covers, napkins and tea towels), we charge the following flat shipping rates per order:

Orders with a gross merchandise value of more than €150 are shipped free of charge within Germany.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or charges (e.g. customs duties) may apply to your order. These are not collected or charged by us and must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for further details.

Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Digital products (e.g. knitting patterns as PDF files) are not physically shipped. They are automatically provided as a download after purchase.
The download link will be available immediately after completing your order and will also be sent to you by email.
Digital products are available worldwide, except in the United Kingdom (UK).
Customers from the United Kingdom who are interested in our digital products are welcome to contact us at contact@margotandme.de.
